Our collaboration
Getting Started
A strong coaching relationship is built on trust and mutual understanding. To establish this foundation, we will have a 45 minute discovery session, allowing us to determine if we’re the right fit. I usually work online but we can also agree to meet in person, depending on the location.
While a single session can provide valuable insights, long-term progress is best achieved through a series of sessions. A structured coaching process gives you time to reflect, experiment with new approaches, and gain practical experience between sessions, which we can then review together. Typically, coaching programs include 6 to 12 sessions to create a trust, opens and ensure meaningful and lasting change.
Private Clients
If you’re seeking coaching as a private individual, we’ll discuss and agree on the framework, goals, and budget during our first meeting. This ensures that the process aligns with your needs and that you feel fully comfortable moving forward.
You have the flexibility to adjust or end our collaboration at any time, depending on your preferences or changing circumstances.
Business Clients
When coaching is arranged through a company, it often involves collaboration between the manager, employee, and coach. In these cases, we’ll create a clear agreement outlining the goals of the coaching process. This ensures alignment, transparency, and prevents misunderstandings.
Sessions can take place at your workplace or online, depending on what works best for you and your organization.
Confidentiality and Ethics
I follow the International Coaching Federation (ICF) Code of Ethics to ensure confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity for both individual and business clients. In business coaching, maintaining confidentiality between the employee and the coach is crucial for fostering trust and enabling meaningful growth.
If there is a need to keep the manager informed, the approach and level of communication will be agreed upon in advance to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.
