I come from a small village in Moravia, Czech Republic, where I grew up surrounded by nature, open spaces, and the fresh air that fostered my sense of freedom. I’ve always loved traveling and exploring new cultures, finding inspiration in the diversity of people and places while gaining a deeper appreciation for what I have.

I am passionate about bringing positivity into the world, sharing smiles, and seeing others find happiness. With an adventurous and curious mindset, I’ve been fascinated by people’s stories and behaviors since I was a teenager. I’ve always wanted to understand what drives their actions, how they think, and the reasons behind their decisions.

Coaching has given me the perfect opportunity to explore these interests further. It enables me to connect with people, help them uncover new perspectives, and support their personal growth—all while bringing a little more happiness into their lives.

Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of organizations, including the United Nations, nonprofit entities, and private companies. These experiences exposed me to varied backgrounds, cultures, and working habits. I have encountered leaders and managers with distinct work styles and beliefs. What I discovered is that, regardless of their background, the most impactful leaders share common qualities: they are open to growth, change, and development, they care deeply for others, embrace inclusivity, and inspire with a meaningful vision that others are eager to follow.

Having worked with numerous international organizations, I have come to deeply appreciate the importance of leadership that is growth-oriented, inclusive, and visionary. By coaching leaders, I aim to contribute indirectly yet significantly to enhancing the efficiency, growth, and well-being of employees within an organization. This, in turn, fosters a positive culture that motivates employees and supports the achievement of organizational goals.

Having lived in six countries and fluent in three languages, I bring a deep understanding of diverse perspectives to my coaching practice.
